Refund Policy:
Digital Real Estate Rank & Rent Master Class
At Ashton James Marketing & Web Development, we are committed to providing high-quality training through our Digital Real Estate Rank & Rent Master Class. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested.
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Refund Eligibility
- If less than 20% of the course has been completed, a full refund is available upon request.
- If 20% or more of the course has been completed, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of the course not yet completed.
For example:
- If 50% of the course has been completed, a refund of 50% of the purchase price will be issued.
- If 60% of the course has been completed, a refund of 40% of the purchase price will be issued.
- No Refunds After 60% Completion
- Once 60% or more of the course has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- How to Request a Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the last activity in the course by email to mike.conroy@ashton-james.com.
- Requests must include proof of course completion percentage, which will be verified by our system.
- Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days upon approval.
- Exceptions
- Refunds will not be granted for failure to complete the course due to lack of time, commitment, or personal circumstances.
- Chargebacks or disputes filed with a payment provider will result in immediate revocation of course access and legal action if necessary.
