When it comes to estimating the completion time of your new website development project, several factors come into play, such as its size, tyoe (e-commerce, etc) and the required technologies. 

We take all these aspects into consideration to provide you with an estimated finish time. However, it's important to understand that the speed at which you can provide us with the  items we need to get started (logos, photos and copy you'd like us to use,  return the completed Onboarding Form, and makke payment) influences the final timeline. The faster you are in fulfilling our content requests, the quicker we can wrap up your website. 

When we recieve all the requested items, we will add you to our website build schedule, and at that time give you an estimate for you to get your 1st draft of the website.

Conversely, any delay in receiving the required content from your end will inevitably impact the project's finish time. Our estimated completion times are based on the number of available work hours, which are divided among multiple ongoing projects for different clients, and the type, size and scope of your website. 

It's worth noting that if your project encounters an unexpected delay, it doesn't necessarily mean that we can simply add another week to the finish time. The work hours allocated for your project were specifically reserved, just as we will reserve hours for other clients in the future. 

The lesson here is to maintain open and honest communication about the deadlines you can realistically meet, so that we can schedule your project in a way that benefits both parties.

Yes! Although we prefer full payment up-fromt, every new website development requires a minimum of 50% initial payment upfront. The remaining 50% can be settled in a single payment prior to the site being launched.  

It's important to remember that monthly payments are solely applicable to new website constructions. Projects involving the maintenance or updates of existing websites  must be paid up front.

Special monthly payment plans may be arranged for special circumstances, just ask for details.
